I have been shopping here for years. To those critical of the staff, i’d suggest you take a closer look at the hiring practices. They cwan be brilliant, while still dealing with issues we can never understand. The loss of this store is not only a loss of convenience, but a small loss of humanity in our neighborhood

I've occasionally shopped here over the years and have always had positive experiences with the staff. One time I went there to get a set of keys copied and their machine was down, and the clerk pointed me to a locksmith a couple blocks up the street and said, "He's a good man and will do a good job for you." It wasn't in that clerk's interest to point me to a competitor -- he was just being a decent person and a kind neighbor. Older dude who works around the store is super condescending from the get go. Seems miserable, makes for a miserable experience. Hounds you while youre trying to shop. Also they dont take returns so they dont care about the quality of their products.
