2500+sf of Terra Living Brownstone Birch Engineered hardwood was purchased then installed after the boxes had cured inside for at least 5-7 days prior. There are many slivers and a few large delaminations of the flooring. Wanke-Cascade refused to state or admit the flooring is defective. Wanke-Cascade blamed the installer without any investigation or testing of the flooring. The installer is kind and returns to replace the delaminated pieces. Got this hat at Ross, assuming they went out of business 🤣 Didn’t know what it was before buying it.
We put a Wanke Cascade LVT product in a house for a client. The product had a 15 year warranty. After 1 year in the office the planks were cupping and coming apart from an office chair. The warranty at the time did not exclude use in an office. Wanke used the "indentation" exclusion in the warranty to deny a claim. I will not refer clients to use their products in the future! I have seen less expensive LVT hold up better for clients in residential and commercial spaces.
I will never ever do business with these flaky people ever again. They weasel out of there warranty and come up with crazy reasons why your floor has faded.Like it might be the water or it's residue buildup how can that be when you walk barefoot or with socks what a dam joke. The other problem is that when you email the President and leave voicemail and get no call backs tells me that they don't care about there customers . I will be informing the B.B.B.
