I don't know what is going on as of late at Wanigan. I truly try to hold my concerns, but this is what I got for a Kathy's calamity. Barely any mustard and the cheese was in a hunk on the side of half the sandwich. I'd also like to see the original grilled cheese to come back.
Called in a take out order. Worker took my order quickly and repeated everything back. Food was prepared quickly. Got home and the meal was missing two portions of chips. One sandwhich had tomato and I asked for none. The worker did indeed repeat all of my requests as I had asked. Food itself was better than average. Overall experience only two stars due to lack of follow through on the requested items.
The Wanigan hosted my daughter's bridal shower two weeks ago. I truly wish there were more stars than 5 to give. The atmosphere was great, food delicious, but what stood out most to me was the caring staff that took amazing care of everything. Mike, the owner, set my mind at ease when we walked in to set up and said that his staff would take care of anything that we needed. They did not disappoint.
