I've gone 3 seperate times and they've all been great experiences. Once to fix a tie, once to alter some pants, and once to alter a shirt. I plan on going back soon with some suits and pants.
Ruined my dress & kept my money – I took my dress in for some simple alterations. It needed only minor adjustments but when I went to pick it up, I discovered they had ruined the dress. As if that weren't bad enough, the manager refused to even acknowledge their mistakes. After 2+ hours of them trying to "fix" what they had ruined, I realized the dress was beyond repair, and they were never going to admit it.
