I worked with Mr.Christofferson on an unusual landlord/tenant issue (storing the iwners property in a tenant occupied home). He was very timely and well informed; letting me know all optionsand possible outcomes. He also had no issue explaining terminology and complex policies. He helped me resolve my issue quickly and completely.
