After leaving my Tiguain in for a service got told that I would need new brakes and that there was almost no brake pad left, luckily I didn't believe them and when I took it to an honest mechanic he informed me I had at least 50% brakes left. Almost got ripped off, disgusting.

My vehicle went in for electrical fault. They failed to diagnose the problem for 3 months having held the vehicle for almost that length of time. They sent it back unfixed after me being unable to contact them on the phone or via email for that entire period. I think they screen the calls. Worst service i have ever experienced and i brought the vehicle from them brand new. Still cant get hold if them today to get a work history of what they actually have done to the vehicle. I believe they broke a couple things in my car but wanted to charge me to diagnose and fix it. Never returned my email or complaint in the feedback. Anyone else experience this suggest to go straight to ACCC.
The lady that helped me Wednesday morning in parts department, gave me some info on parts, was really helpful and knowledgeable.
