Purchased a 2013 ford Focus Auto from the company 6 months ago for 12.5K and initial thought it was an ideal car for my needs. Fast forward to present day and trying to sell, am being told that these cars have massive problems with the transmission. Having moved from a different country (not having these Autos) to here and being told I’ll be lucky if I get 1K for the car. I feel like I’ve been lied too. Why are car dealers across the board the most dishonest people. Be cautious when shopping for a new car.
Great dealership. customer service was great. Would highly recommend browsing the yard you might find a gem for good prices and they are great for trade in
Disappointing service made me drive across town 40min after telling me the car I was looking for was there just to find out they sold it already. Complete waste of my morning. Felt like a deliberate attempt to sell me something else. Do not recommend them
