Dr Govindappa, Astha and Bali are all amazing.
I can’t recall the name of the lady who attended my call today. I called to ask about my wife’s report, but instead of giving a straight answer, she went on about many things. She was very rude and didn’t want to listen to what I needed. Very bad customer service. However, I have been going to this clinic for the last two years, and all the doctors are very good. I had this experience for the first time with one of the reception staff
