First time patient. I waited exactly 50minutes in their dental chair until Dr Wang came in. He didn’t say sorry or anything for the long waiting time. Not one word. I asked someone of the staff what’s going on why do I have to wait so long and she said that they have an issue with another patient who had a root canal procedure and that Dr Wang will be with me very soon. Very unprofessional called to have wife's tooth extraction made it very clear she needed the tooth out get there they take an xray told we need to come back it could kill her if he takes it out which is a lie we went to urgent dentistry in woodhaven and was told if left in she could die they pulled the tooth and filled a cavity for the same price. said we'll go else were then to have it pulled and he switched up instantly said he will do it asked us to pay and then half the power goes out on the nicest day of the year. Dr. Wang is so professional and kind, and has been taking good care of me. I also would express my heartfelt gratitude to Debbie for the patient deep-cleaning, which really works for me.
Professional is the only word that I would like to say to Wang Wei Dental. Dr. Wang is very patient and take care of my teeth. The clinic is busy but it's easy to book or change appointment. All the staff are wearing masks and gloves during the session.
