Staff is always warm and welcoming. We always have an amazing experience when we are there.
I’ve raised multiple complaints to Wang about my permanent retainer needing to be tightened, as I noticed my front two teeth beginning to shift and my gap starting to return. Each time, I’ve been told there’s nothing wrong or it’s been downplayed as if the gap isn’t coming back.
