Time after Time of doing business with Tri - State Neurology. They have proven to be very inconsistent in communication and has to since of urgency regarding patient matters. They do a terrible job of following up with you even after a test, you have to inquire about your own results that they never leave at the desk, email you or better yet have a working portal for you to retrieve your records. They are quick to bill you or ask you to pay on your bill and copay before they will service you but do absolutely nothing for the... read more
They are very professional and the staff is amazing. Dr. Rawal is my neurologist, and he's a great doctor. He's very patient and thorough with the care of his patients. He has great bedside manners and makes sure that you understand the care you're receiving. The waiting area is comfortable and has great lighting.
If I had the option I would give them zero stars. Office people rude and not helpful at all.
Dr. Wang is kind and thoughtful in addressing my needs as a patient. Not all doctors will take the time with their patients, and I appreciate that Dr. Wang does.
