糟糕透顶，从没见过这么差的诊所，为了给孩子补牙，孩子特意请假了，前台在看诊当日取消我的预约，我又约了一次，又请假，前台第二次在看诊当日取消我的预约，医生太不负责任了！不尊重别人的时间！相信他做事情也不会很认真！非常生气
Don’t go to this clinic. The front desk staff are terrible, and they can’t help you with anything.
🔴They wrote down the wrong tooth to be extracted —-so what do you think happened????????? Though the front office were nice as was dentist Mark Wang. Horrible office etiquette here at this Dentist location of Grand /Amar. Obviously STAFF not educated fully on Dental practices. They wrote down wrong tooth to be extracted. Luckily the Referral Surgeon I visited saw upon review of X-ray it was the wrong tooth. Just imagine if I would’ve had the wrong tooth removed - unbelievable!!!!!!! 🔴SOMONE IN THST OFFICE NEEDS TO BE FIRED... read more
