Trusted the reviews and took my child here—they said multiple cavities needed urgent work. Second opinion: only one minor cavity. Disappointed by the overdiagnosis and shady billing tactics that seem to exploit insurance and families. Parents, always get a second opinion! Avoid.
Had our final appointment with this practice and I’m so thankful, we will not be coming back with any of our kids moving forward. The Pediatric Dentist and Hygienist really need to work on their bedside manner with children and their techniques on calming them while getting their procedures. I was very disappointed with how they handled my child this afternoon.
My son was seen here and given a referral to see a jaw specialist. I have been trying to get an ICD-10 code so that his medical doctor can put a referral in and this dentist office doesn’t even seem to know what an ICD code is. They keep telling me to get it from the specialist. How could I possibly get this from a specialist that he can’t see yet. That’s the whole purpose of the code.
