I had a very confusing and disappointing experience at this clinic. I confirmed my appointment on Monday and was told that I would be receiving eye drops and that I should not drive. Because of that, I arranged a taxi to get there. When I arrived today, the receptionist told me she had left two messages saying the appointment was deferred. I checked my phone afterward and there were no messages at all — no missed calls, no voicemail.
