Wandy is very detailed in explaining the different options in coverage for our vehicles needs and what they mean. She took her time to work with us on getting the best rates that worked for us which is way better than our former insurance company. I recommend getting in contact with her office and for those with language difficulties. She can speak to you in Khmer for those who needs it.
I have worked with Wandy for over 10 years as my insurance agent with State Farm. Wandy has always provided fast and reliable service and all of her staff members have been excellent to work with as well ! I refer all of my residents to her as well, because I trust her. I have 8 policies with her total… cars, trucks, motorcycles, RV, boat, home…. You name it ! I will work with Wandy for as long as possible, I have ZERO plans of leaving her.
If it wasn't for state farm I wouldn't know where I would be today they helped me in so many ways, by explaining all my policies to me so that I can understand them well and to where payments are split in my preference and easily made I also like how the girls in the office give me reminders of when my policies are due. The team just makes me feel like I'm part of the family and not like I'm just a client paying the bill but more like I'm being well taken care of and cared for.
