I recommend avoiding this dental practice and choosing a different one instead. The staff appears to be there due to nepotism and lack of professionalism. During my visit, three dental assistants handled the X-ray of my jaw, but none of them knew how to adjust the headrest properly. They also struggled to explain the problem to me. It took them 20 minutes to figure out what they were doing wrong, which was frustrating. Subhiya is absolutely amazing . Overall I really love this dentist practise.
The reception staff was very unprofessional. I was only seven minutes late for my appointment, but they didn't know how to communicate properly. The dentists were also not good, and I had a very bad experience. The clinic used to have excellent staff, but ever since the management changed, the service has gone downhill. Don’t waste your time and money—go somewhere else.
