Poor Representation – I retained David Wandling for council on an issue I had with my lease. When I first approached him he made it seem like this action was a no-brainer to pursue. Well it wasn't $4,000 and a month later I was still evicted for something I didn't do. I would have been much better off just paying the move fee and vacating the premise (even though I had done nothing wrong), but I chose to pursue a claim on David's encouragement.
