Dr. Wandisan is great however her staff has very poor customer service skills. They also lack tactic and knowledge and do not want to listen to the client and give bad information. I suggest for the staff to get more training in customer service since they appear to be there angry. They need to listen and when responding have the accurate information otherwise say they don't know and research the answer.
Dr. Florence Wandisan-Rosete is an amazing Doctor. She listens & has really been helpful with many health issues. She saved my life as I was misdiagnosed by Bay Area doctors. She spends time with each patient.
She is the best Doctor their is as well as her Husband.She saved my Life..............
,,,I have excellent rapport with the staff well before, during and after my wifes funeral, which they all attended with the permission of Drs Wandisan & Rosete who also attended. ( this is in answer to a previoius response from a disgrutled patient.) Al B.
