April and her crew prepare the food with care and really let the ingredients do the talking; one of the major reasons we chose her was the quality of food. The salmon was cooked decadently, the braised short rib is fork tender, and the veggies are cooked to perfection. We had our wedding in September'25 with Wandering Table Catering (April). When we did our initial tastings, April presented an outstanding variety of appetizers, entrées, and sides to choose from.
