Ongira and Saibel have done an amazing job of creating a community in Cambridge. There’s a great selection of yoga classes and you finish with a delicious cup of homemade tea after every class. Truly something for everyone!
After I took 3 of the DW Classes, we had an ice storm…I fell twice on the ice and had NO injury. I think the flexibility and balance work definitely helped to keep me from getting hurt. Thanks Ongira!
Beautiful welcoming studio, Condusive to any folks on any level of their yoga journey. Ongira is a master yogi and pays attention to each person making adjustments as appropriate. Chi tea master brews exceptional teas after class all different and delicious. A great addition to the community!
This yoga studio is exactly what Cambridge needs! Ongira is fostering both a yoga studio and community open to any level. After each class she has tea made for everyone to stay and chat- really follows their slogan “come for tea, stay for yoga .”
