I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. I’ve known Pedro for several years and had good interactions in the past, but the work done on my 2022 Harley-Davidson FXLRS was unacceptable. I hired him to install risers and handlebars. I recently had a frustrating experience with Orlando Harley Davidson when I took my bike in for its 20k service. Despite being assured of prompt repairs, I was left waiting, only to discover they hadn't even started work and the cost had skyrocketed. Thankfully, I found Pedro at Wanderer Customs. He not only eased my worries but went above and beyond, picking up my bike from OHD and completing all repairs at his shop, without breaking the bank.
