The third consecutive time I have taken my mother for a mammogram and they are "short staffed". Today is a Monday and the receptionist is calling people that have appointments on Friday to reschedule. I was educated by Wanda Wampler and she would be ashamed of the facility that bears her name. Making patients wait over 2 hours for a SCHEDULED appointment is totally unacceptable. This will be the last time we seek medical care at a Ballad Health facility.
