I have now experienced five Rolfing sessions with Wanda Silva. She is an expert at her craft. I highly recommend her for someone wanting to persue the benefits of Rolfing. The physical structure change I have experienced has brought some surprisingly pleasant, yet unexpected changes that I had no idea Rolfing could do.
