took great care in answering my questions and very knowledgeable
absolutely no bed side manner. hardly even looked or addressed my child. even after the allergy test, she didnt even look at her back at the results. didnt look up once from the computer when i was speaking to her. when i asked a question at the end, she directed me to a pamphlet instead of taking a min to answer. then she left without saying goodbye as i was getting questions answered by a nurse.
