I never had therapy, at 36 I wanted to buy myself a gift of a 2 hour vent session, and called around and was shot down by everywhere around town saying they didn't do that and wanted commitment etc, and was treated more like a number instead of customer or person who needed help. Wanda took the time to talk to me, and agreed no problem.
