The staff was responsive and polite.
Wanda Cooper was replaced on my ex husband's case due to her inability to provide the service she was paid to give. She fabricated information to try to convince him to take a plea deal twice, misinformed us of upcoming court dates and appeared to never have a real game plan for trial. Once I exposed her she decided to tell him she'd no longer speak to me regarding his case and after she was replaced her secretary told us a check for a refund was being processed and could be picked up the next week.
