The best Judo training I've had (better than Hardknocks and exponentially better than Atlas Grappling). Judo is currently 3x weekly and there are numerous jujitsu classes. In addition, the prices are ridiculously low compared to other dojos. I cannot say enough good things about Milestone Martial Arts. From day one, I felt genuinely welcomed, not just as a student, but as part of the community. Milestone Martial Arts dojo saved my Judo practice. The standards are higher here and the belts actually mean something. I switched over after leaving a different Dojo's Judo program where I was able to throw higher ranking opponents (including a brown belt) as a white belt. Not because I had skill, but because the quality of instruction (beyond Ukemi drills) at the previous dojo needs improvement.
