I have nothing but positive things to say about Wana RV in Shipshewana, IN. First of all their price was $4000 cheaper than anyone in PA, with no delivery fee, no document prep, and no dealer prep fee. In other words their price was their price, period. They were able to provide a 30 temporary IN license for us to tow in home, to PA. Did not purchase our camper from Wana. But have used them for service since the camper was just about a year old and still under warranty. Recently had a concern about a service issue. However Karry and the WANA team went out of their way to guarantee that I was happy. Would not consider ever taking our camper anywhere else for service.
Bought a trailer two years ago from them. They installed the trailer portion of the hitch incorrectly. Had to have it adjusted to be able to function correctly. Eighty dollars I shouldn't have had to spend.
Outstanding place to do business with! We ordered our Rockwood and then drove 7-1/2 hours from New York to get it. The staff was amazing to work with from Devon & Justin to Jeremy/Mark/Mike & Ryan. Friendly, very knowledgeable, no pressure for extra's, but most importantly UPFRONT with all charges from the start. Let me start by saying that (regretfully) we did not buy our Passport from Wana. But in dealing with the rv dealer for repairs, it only took me three times to decide to look elsewhere. Wana is not close to me (over 70 miles) but over the course of the last 2 years, I've found that they are well worth the drive. There are folks that will tell you that dealers and the warranty companies are in bed together. That dealers do repairs that are unnecessary, or inflate the price. We did not buy our camper here, however because we now know what a horrible service center is (where we made our purchase) we choose to drive the 70 miles to deal with this service center. Have been amazing with us, have sent many friends here because of the service dept. Will surely buy our next rv from Wana !!!
