I had the opportunity to attend the Wild Women’s retreat this year and it was by far the best retreat I’ve ever been on. Janelle was an amazing hostess with activities thoughtfully planned to improve mindfulness, body positivity, appreciation, and reflection. Her knowledge of women’s health shined throughout the weekend making her a great resource and super easy to talk with. Anxiously awaiting the next retreat with much excitement!
Janelle is amazing! She is here to make women feel better not only about some external issues you may be having but internal ones too.
