I’ve had the opportunity to learn from Janelle at various workshops and she is sooo knowledgeable! She makes pelvic floor health as a topic so attainable to understand and I always walk away with new insights and practical tips to incorporate into my life. I especially appreciate that she goes beyond just postpartum care (what got me seeking pelvic floor therapy) and uses her occupational therapy background to assess and offer holistic support for whole life treatment.
