Everything excellent about this house.
We booked two weeks of respite care at Wan-Dor Inn, a licensed personal care home, to get accessibility renovations completed on our grandmother’s home. Wan-dor Inn assured us they had the ability and training to care for our 96-year-old grandmother and 75-year-old father, both with visual and mobility impairments. Within 16 hours of their arrival, around 8:30AM, the manager called me outlining a “terrible night”, toileting issues, refusal to go to bed, “eating snacks all night”, and staff “threatening to quit”.
