We had a tire blow out so we called and asked if they had a tire, to which they replied yes and that they could fix it. We get there and their main mechanic is out, so the lady at the desk says that they’ll be back within two hours if we’d like to wait. We wait, and wait, and wait. Finally my boyfriends mom calls the shop and the lady tells HER, not us, that they’ll mechanic will not be coming back and that we didn’t need to wait. She had us waiting for almost 3 hours before we were told they weren’t coming at all.

If you are stuck in the middle of Wyoming, then it is what it is. They are opportunistic vultures and rude. You have to smile and accept the treatment or pay even more. I had a hydraulic leak on my truck and had to buy a $60 ($10 quality) crescent wrench and a $8 funnel ($.99 quality) and $170 for 5 gal bucket of hydraulic oil ($46 per bucket at Tractor Supply) from their store. If you are stuck, then smile and be thankful. If you can make it to the next town, I highly suggest that.
We were passing through on a music tour when a trailer tire had issues. Lucky for us we found this place. A family business. The wife in the office was super nice and the owner was hands on. We got a fair price for the work and service. Wonderful people they have a convenience store that you can shop while you wait. Definitely gonna remember this place because I traveled all over the United States. It’s good to know these places.
