Update January 8, 2025: In response to the Sycamore Point Apartment leasing management response to my review. I'm not lying, they don't know how to read the contracts they sign. The email is proof. Update: This company allows their management leaders to emotionally manipulate their tenants to remove honest negative reviews. Their properties are great, but their people make the difference. Fantastic customer service.
Inept management company. It is not acceptable to turn off the water once a week at your Bayou Shadows complex.
While I have lived at Bayou Shadows for 9 years now and have seen my share of management team members come and go, the overall management team/maintenance team have been easy to work with. I would like to see either an individual or a team responsible for landscaping/greens maintenance and not just a contractor to mow the lawns.
