Customer service was absolutely terrible. Needed to return an item 2 days after obtaining it, first told me they don't take returns then when I said it says it on their site the online agent changed their response but tried to charge multiple fees for returning including 30% of the cost of the item. Most retail jewellery stores give you a window of return, this place does not and have no care for their customers. I couldn't even come to an arrangement with them.
