Reception ASHLEY, is the rudest person I have ever experienced in health care in my entire life. I had to take my daughter to emergency and missed my initial appointment, I called before business hours and couldn't get through. I then called the next day and asked if I could reschedule because I had a family emergency. She said if you miss an appointment they will no longer accept you as a patient.
