Kenny came out and helped uncover a leak and repaired it. He’s always friendly and we have respectful conversations about politics with our differing opinions. His knowledge and expertise with plumbing is invaluable and, as a non-profit organization, we appreciate his ability to repair things right the first time. He also asks to look at minor issues so I get the full value of his hourly rate. We will use him again when needed!
Kenny is the best! He analyzed the issues, gave me options and quickly made the appropriate repairs.
What we really turns me off with businesses is when they put all their political stickers on their business vehicles. i don’t care who you side with in politics in your personal life, but when you involve it in your business it’s an unprofessional move. I saw a truck with a “Trump Pence” sticker. A neighbor was getting plumbing done and I wanted to inquire some pricing and additional services but seeing that sticker made me look elsewhere.
Dishonest company, condescending owner with no respect for the customer. Expectation is to have a plumbing expert show up and explain to us our options in order to get the issue fixed right the first time. Instead we've been billed over 5 hours of labor charges for a leaky bathtub faucet that was never fixed correctly. Parts were replaced with first 2 visits, and the bathtub was leaking again the following month. The best in town and all of San Antonio. After years of the same issue, and several plumbers that did nothing, these guys came in (not on time, but early) and fixed our problems. Very knowledgeable and professional.
