Filled my 2022 taxes still have no answer I’ve gone to her building have called multiple times. No answer! Called the IRS they never received my taxes.. this lady is just going to make you run around the bush with your money no where to be found. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied especially since after 2 years I yet have no answer.
My experience with Walz Business Solutions has been extremely disappointing. Despite entrusting them with mine and my husband’s taxes two months ago, they have continuously failed to meet their promised deadlines. Our attempts to communicate have been met with utter disregard, as numerous phone calls and messages have gone unanswered. Incredibly, during our latest call, the receptionist had the audacity to hang up on us after we insisted on speaking with the tax preparer.
