Tons of events throughout the season. We have family in Elkhorn so we visit frequently. Grounds are always clean maintenance is great. Two words (rib fest) is a must
2025 Holiday Craft Bash, another great turn out... If you want to start your holiday shopping early or just looking for holiday decorations indoor or out this is the place you need to check out. 300 Vendors and some food trucks to hold you over while you shop..
We like the fair but we drove all the way there paid $50 plus $5 parking and everything was being packed up. It needs to be started that on Sundays the discovery barn and other barns close early. A bunch of people were trying to view the animals and were yelled at for entering the building.
The fair experience was very great except for the ride experience.. The ride carnies are extremely rude. I was standing in line waiting on “speed” ride for literally 40 minutes while they were letting single riders go on at least 3 times in a row! When I was about to go on the ride operator stopped me and said “you can’t go solo” and proceeded to let the couple behind me go. It was very infuriating.
