I purchased a home built in the 70's with a Walvac already installed. My unit was not properly working, only half the suction it should have. I called and spoke with Tom. He was so nice to talk to and went out of his way to try and help me diagnose my problem (my unit had 2 motors and one was bad). I needed a replacement and got his quote. I would highly recommend this store. After purchasing a central vac beater bar and accessories from a store that told me that the unit would work in the existing wall outlets that we have in our home, and in the end it did not. I went into the WalVac store with my old central vac hose and explained to them my issue that I had, and the experience I had with the other store.
