Poor customer service. I'm currently unable to use the phone specifically for calls related to a temporary disability and the care consultant, Abagail Workman, didn't seem to really "care" at all. She would not allow me to answer questions over email and I should not have to specifically state I have a disability. But even then, when I did, there was no accommodations. I'm concerned about their overall ADA compliance at this point and would not recommend due to the lack of customer service.

It has caused me pain, collapsed nostrils and my sense of smell was almost completely gone. Dr.Waltzman is an exceptional surgeon and a wonderful person.He is warm, welcoming and genuinely caring, which immediately puts you at ease. His skills and professionalism are outstanding, but it’s his compassion and the way he treats his patients that truly stand out. I’m very grateful for his care that he and his staff at the Waltzman institute provided. I would highly recommend him.
Truly grateful for the staff and Dr. Waltzman. I had a procedure there in June and felt super taken care of. Their facility is state of the art and really make you feel at ease! Highly recommend this place.
