The office staff is wonderful, I love the audiologist. I had previously had an ENT and because I needed hearing aids. I was recommended to the audiologist. Well, one thing I can tell you, Dr. Walsemann has absolutely no bedside manner. He is rude condescending and doesn’t listen or talk to his patients. I am an 88 year-old woman I have been through many surgeries, including cancer, have never had the pain that he put me through in order to take the wax out of my ear. I was non stop coughing for 3 months, I went to 3 different doctors who couldn’t find anything wrong until I went to see Dr. Walzman, he was very nice and professional, and he explained everything very well, he found the issue within 5 minutes. His staff was also very nice and professional. I would reccomend him to anyone!
No bedside manner, horrible doctor, blew my eardrum out doing a vacuum wax extraction! Avoid him at all costs!!! So upset I had to give him 1 star to post this warning/comment
I got caught behind a bad accident that had just happened on Route 25. I have bad laryngitis and have been waiting days for this appointment. I called the office twice trying to update about them about my eta. I spoke to three different people who told me that they were “checking” with the doctor to see if I could still come in. Wouldn’t even recommend to my enemy. I had a very disappointing experience with this ENT doctor. When I asked a simple question about my care, he responded in a rude and condescending manner. His tone was unprofessional and dismissive, and instead of offering reassurance, he made fun of my anxiety which was incredibly hurtful and inappropriate for a healthcare professional.
