I got caught behind a bad accident that had just happened on Route 25. I have bad laryngitis and have been waiting days for this appointment. I called the office twice trying to update about them about my eta. I spoke to three different people who told me that they were “checking” with the doctor to see if I could still come in. Wouldn’t even recommend to my enemy. I had a very disappointing experience with this ENT doctor. When I asked a simple question about my care, he responded in a rude and condescending manner. His tone was unprofessional and dismissive, and instead of offering reassurance, he made fun of my anxiety which was incredibly hurtful and inappropriate for a healthcare professional. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Waltzman today. He was very thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His pleasant and calm manner made the visit very comfortable. I also want to commend his office staff—they were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Highly recommend Dr. Waltzman and his team!
This doctor has a horrible bedside manner. I would not recommend to anyone. I saw him for about ten minutes. He put a camera up my nose and said oh I see the problem but can’t help you. This was called a nasal endoscopy. He refers me to another doctor who also says he can’t help me because his specialty is sinuses and doesn’t know why I was referred since I don’t have a sinus issue. For that ten minutes he billed $1000. I’m so disgusted. My primary recommended this guy. Do yourself a favor find a different doctor.
