This is in response to AJH's review below. This is Walt Jr. from Walt's Window Repair. Your wife had called up on Friday in regards to a sliding door repair. I told her we would get her sometime the following week and that we would give her a call once we got her on schedule. Walt’s Window Repair and Screening in Boca Raton obviously has been in business too long. They must feel that they have a monopoly on the business in the area for them to be so disorganized and careless in how they deal with their customers. People who care about their business and their customers don’t act this way. We called Walt’s for an appointment on a Friday. My landlord ordered 3 Replacement screens for the upstairs bedrooms over a few months ago. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in South Florida! The screens have been done for a week and every time I call the office no one can give me a straight up answer as to when they can be delivered and installed !! I called two times and was promised a phone call back both times and never received one. Just be prepared to be put on the back burner for a small job such as this.

Walts window on clint moore road does NOT need your business if it's a repair. apparently they don't repair, they want to sell you a new door. GO elsewhere! a call back a day later not by walt but by a condescending there there little girl saying that walt wanted her to call and say we just don't go that far. I mapquested it and really? 30 minutes is too far? it's not. they do not want to go into oooohhh Riviera beach. they discriminate. use someone else, NOT WALT's.

The BEST, Reliable and Through – I have called Walt's Window to have an estimate given to me to replace numerous windows and a sliding glass door. When all said and done I went with Walt's Window because after calling around, the price and timing of install was perfect for me. They were professional, timely and even checked my other sliding door to make sure the rollers and track were operating smoothly. I would and have referred my friends and family members to them. Think twice, they do not need your business – My contractor made appointment for them to come out to my townhouse. Daniel was to replace four window panes. One by the front entry door and the other two located in my master bedroom. He complained that he was not informed of the two in the bedroom. That he did not have time to those two. He said he would come back out to repair. I asked him to measure my windows so he could order me new window screen frames. He measured and gave me the price.
