I had to pay $395 shipping fee to send tv back to walts.They provided a usps return sticker, knowing the post office would not take package that big. Tried to call them , but no one is working the phones. Still waiting for for my refund. Without a tv since 9/11/24 .

Hands down worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. Bought tv through amazon and it arrived broken- they wouldnt replace, and i’m still fighting for my refund, and, we have to box and send back and theyre dragging their feet on getting me a return label- so much work on my end to have nothing to show for it. Don’t buy anything from here if you can help it-

I worked here for over 5 months and never missed a day and was always early. I took another job that payed better so I resigned because at walts I was never gonna make the wages I deserve. I had over 20 hours of PTO that I really was never able to use because me and 3 other guys were holding this business together with our hard work. Stay away from these greedy people and take your business elsewhere because they don't deserve your hard earned money.

Purchased tv thru Amazon. Tv never showed up. I asked for a refund thru Amazon and they sent message to reseller Walt’s tv for a refund. I called the reseller Walt’s tv later that day and they said they would have to do and investigation that would take 10-14 days first. I called Amazon customer support to complain about Walt’s tv. They refunded my money. Don’t buy from Walt’s tv. Terrible customer service.
