Honest, helpful, and competitively priced. I say this having *not* hired them for their services at this time. The owner, Walt, was responsive, answered all my questions, and offered a fair price (I received quotes from multiple tree services). Walt was great at customer service; came to my home within 1hr to give cost appraisal for job, got us on his schedule quickly, and did job smoothly and efficiently and thoroughly. Ground tree and shrub stumps in old flowerbeds enabling me to quickly convert flowerbeds to lawn. Highly recommended !!!

Walt and his team did a fantastic job. The price was very fair, and he brought a big crew that removed 9 trees and bushes and ground 11 stumps in half a day! They listened to my special requests to avoid the water and electricity lines. They tidied up very neatly and left us a beautiful yard.

Had Walt's Tree & Stump Removal come out and remove a ton of tree stumps today in Newport News. Even with the threat of bad weather, they were able to get the job done, which we very much appreciate! We had a bunch of small to medium stumps removed. I highly recommend Walt's Tree & Stump Removal! When we remove some big trees in our yard later this year, we will definitely be having them back out!
