Delicious food, great menu, pleasant staff
I don't get alot of time to stop and grab a bite for lunch, but while I was working in the area I stop at this absolutely fantastic place to eat, no big thrills just a good old family pizza and grille, this cheese steak sub with a lovely crisp to the bread was one of the best around and I live 85 miles away from this place. This is a must stop when in the area. If you're hungry this is definitely a place that hits the SPOT!
The staff here was so kind when I came in. I had a hard and crappy day at work and then my car broke down outside their restaurant. As I sat and waited for the tow truck and ate snacks, I watched the many customer interactions and was amazed by how friendly and personable the staff was. They clearly had regular customers that they knew as soon as they came in the door or picked up the phone.
Walt’s was so much better years ago when the original owners had it.
