Personal service and quality assurance. That's the first thing that pops into my head when I hear Walt's name. I work for Cressy Commercial Real Estate and I contracted Walt's Paving to do a parking lot for me and it looks incredible. We could not be happier and look forward to working with Walt and his wonderful team in the future. Thank you again for doing such an amazing job. It was nice feeling so taken care of!
I am updating my previous review. It was an accurate and uncomplimentary review of Walt's Paving posted last week. I was not pleased with some issues that showed up on our parking lot after paving last year. Worse was a lack of communications/responses. They are a family run business experiencing a significant health issue with a key family member heavily involved in the business. reached out for a quote, said it'll be a couple days, months later still nothing despite reaching out several times..... Edit 10/16 Very sorry to hear about cancer, helped my mom go through it as well. A simple reply saying so would have been appreciated.
We’ve used Walt’s several times now for crack sealing and seal coating of our 7,000 square-foot driveway. They’ve done a great job every time and this time was no exception! Communication was quick, reasonably priced-and they arrived when they said they would and got in and out and were very professional. Highly recommend!
Edit/update .....9/26 one star review I have accepted the fact that I will not be contacted regarding my issues and that Walt's has no intention of honoring their warranty or workmanship. Unfortunately the issues have now been forwarded on to our attorney.
