Walt's repaired the damage to my BMW. They had the car for 7-10 days. When it was returned to me I noticed that there were flaws in the way the damage was repaired. Also, the shut lines on the door they worked on were out of alignment. They subsequently had the car for another 4-5 days to fix their shoddy work. I've now noticed that a trim piece inside the rear door that was probably removed to allow them to work on the door sill has not been properly snapped in place.
