If I could give a negative zero, I absolutely would. This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a body shop. I tried to support a Black-owned business based on a reputable recommendation, only to be met with dishonesty, poor workmanship, and unprofessional service from start to finish. The receptionist was rude, communication was terrible, and I was repeatedly lied to about the status of my vehicle. 10 stars! He’s a magician! I cannot believe he was able to repair my bumper and at a great price! I will always be grateful to him for the assistance. Hopefully I don’t need anymore body repair but if I do…Walt’s only!
