Horrible communication, doesn't do anything unless you ask them to and if your not in good standing or in a good position with your credit, forget about them they neglect your application. They flipped an entire deal on me and then gave me timelines i planned around it and they cost me 400 extra dollars then had the nerve to try to force me into making the application easier for them when im already in a tough spot. Other dealers say they dont submit much and use fake income. HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMEND
