EDIT: Since the assist director left the facility has not been the same. Sadly the employees are in agreement. My mom and I have been having issues with my dads care , have questions on the bills we continue to get and for 2 months we CAN NOT get a response. An appt was finally set for two wks ago - we drive an hour only to find out the director is out and no one called us to advise. When our loved one checked in as a resident today, we were warmly personally welcomed and accommodated by Linda, Mikayla, and Hannah. The naturally occuring anxiety our family member had, was set at ease with their genuine encouragement. Thank you

My husband has recently moved into memory care at this facility. ALL of the staff has been wonderful, and so understanding as we navigate through the process. Lena has been fantastic. I feel better knowing he is there and safe.
