I have been a customer almost 25 years and just lover this pharmacy. I have never had a bad experience. EVERYONE at the pharmacy has always been kind and friendly. They are always ready to assist. They alway try to find a way to keep costs down. They alert me of possible coupons and special savings. They have always answered questions about meds and assisted with refills. The staff at Walton Pharmacy are very good people. I worked at Ludlow Pharmacy for 39 years and some of the people I worked with are working there now.
I’m not one for negative reviews because everyone has a bad day. Not to mention the fact that small businesses are the backbone of every community. With this in mind I paid a personal visit after having a negative phone call experience with Walton Pharmacy. In my 25 years in sales, I’ve never visited a business that had less of a clue regarding customer service. They spend more time trying to argue with customers vs. resolving problems. My family and I will move our business elsewhere.
